  • 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese plus a little extra for the griddle
  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning plus more for topping
  • Cream Cheese for topping

  • Get started by preheating your mini waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl, gently whisk together the egg, almond flour, the main portion of shredded mozzarella cheese, and the Everything Bagel seasoning until everything is beautifully combined.
  • Once your waffle maker is hot and ready, sprinkle a light layer of extra shredded mozzarella cheese directly onto the griddle. This helps create that perfect crispy texture!
  • Carefully pour half of your prepared chaffle batter over the cheese, then add another small sprinkle of mozzarella on top of the batter.
  • Close the lid and let it cook until it's golden brown and wonderfully crispy – usually when your waffle maker's light indicates it's done.
  • Repeat steps 3-5 for the second chaffle.
