Eyes On You Cupcakes
Get spooky with these fun, "eye-catching" Halloween cupcakes. Perfect for parties and easy to assemble with a few sweet treats!

Ingredients
- 1 can vanilla frosting (16 oz)
- neon green food coloring
- 6 prepared vanilla or chocolate cupcakes in liners
- 1/4 cup purple sprinkles
- 1 tube brown decorating frosting (4.25 oz)
- 8 to 10 large marshmallows
- 25 miniature marshmallows
- 35 M&M’s Minis
Instructions
- Mix the vanilla frosting with neon green food coloring until evenly tinted. Spoon a generous mound onto each cupcake, then immediately sprinkle purple sprinkles over the top before the frosting sets.
- Pipe a tiny dot of brown decorating frosting onto each large marshmallow. Press one M&M Mini into the dot to look like a pupil. Repeat for all large marshmallows and let them dry completely.
- Stick a toothpick into the bottom of each marshmallow eye, then push the other end of the toothpick into the cupcakes however you like (some looking up, some sideways).
