Ingredients
  

For Festive Ice Cubes

  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries for decorative ice cubes
  • 6 small sprigs Fresh Rosemary for a subtle holiday aroma
  • 1/2 cup Low-Sugar Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1/2 cup 100% Pure Apple Juice

For Mimosas

  • 1 standard bottle (750 ml) Chilled Champagne or Sparkling Apple Cider for a healthy, non-alcoholic option

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Festive Ice Cubes: Gently place about 12 fresh cranberries into each compartment of your ice cube molds. These vibrant berries will make your drinks look extra special!
  • Fill with Juices: Carefully pour the cranberry juice into each mold until it's about halfway full. Then, top off each mold with the apple juice, making sure to leave a tiny bit of space at the top as liquids expand when frozen.
  • Add Rosemary & Freeze: Place a small sprig of fresh rosemary into each ice cube mold. This adds a lovely, subtle holiday fragrance. Carefully transfer the molds to your freezer and let them freeze completely, ideally overnight, until they are solid.
  • Assemble Your Refreshment: Once your festive ice cubes are ready, gently pop one or two out of the molds and place them into your favorite cocktail glasses.
  • Pour & Enjoy: Fill your glasses with chilled Champagne for a classic bubbly treat, or choose Sparkling Apple Cider for a delicious and healthy non-alcoholic mocktail. Sip back, relax, and enjoy your easy, sparkling holiday drink!
