hot dogs

mozzarella cheese

cream cheese

unflavored whey protein powder
or extra almond flour

Egg Wash

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare egg wash by whisking egg with water.
Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted, then mix with egg until smooth.
Add almond flour, whey protein powder, and baking soda. Mix into a sticky dough and chill briefly.
Divide dough into 8 portions, roll into ropes, and wrap around hot dogs.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
Best served fresh and warm for optimal texture.
