  • 3 ounces Freshly Brewed Espresso cooled to room temperature, or strong cold brew
  • 2 ounces Half & Half or dairy-free creamer like Nutpods for a lighter option
  • 1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • Chocolate Syrup for glass rim
  • Crushed Candy Canes for glass rim
  • 6 Espresso Beans for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Glasses: Start by dipping the rim of two martini glasses into a shallow dish of chocolate syrup, then gently roll them in crushed candy canes for a festive and fun edge. Set them aside.
  • Chill & Combine: Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it about halfway with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, Kahlua, cooled espresso, half & half (or your healthy dairy-free alternative), and the tiny dash of peppermint extract.
  • Shake It Up: Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for a full 60 seconds. This is key for getting that lovely frothy top and perfectly chilled mix.
  • Pour & Garnish: Carefully strain the delicious mixture evenly into your two prepared martini glasses. For a professional finish, place three espresso beans on top of each drink.
