French Toast Roll-Ups

- 2.5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2.5 tablespoons jelly of your choice
- 8 slices bread (wheat or white)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Trim the crusts off each slice of bread.
Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
Spread cream cheese and jelly on one side, then roll it up.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter.
Add a few roll-ups to the pan, turning them to cook all sides evenly.
Once cooked, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
