French Toast Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2.5 tablespoons jelly of your choice
  • 8 slices bread (wheat or white)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Trim the crusts off each slice of bread.
  • Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
  • Spread cream cheese and jelly on one side, then roll it up.
  • Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add a few roll-ups to the pan, turning them to cook all sides evenly.
  • Once cooked, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
