Instructions
Trim the crusts from the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
Combine diced strawberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar and set aside.
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
In another shallow dish, mix 1/4 cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread, add 1-2 teaspoons of strawberries at one end, and roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining slices.
Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Heat about 1 teaspoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat and place the rolls seam side down. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2 minutes per side, adding more butter as needed.
Once cooked, roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
