  • 1.5 tablespoons peppermint schnapps (0.75 fl oz)
  • 1 tablespoon half-and-half (or milk for a lighter option)
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Glass (Optional Garnish): If you're feeling festive, get two small plates. Pour a bit of simple syrup onto one and crushed peppermint or candy canes onto the other. Dip the rim of your glass (an old-fashioned or highball works great) into the simple syrup first, then into the crushed peppermint for a delightful, crunchy edge.
