  • Whip in Eggs: Once slightly cooled, whisk in the room temperature eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Continue whisking until the mixture becomes wonderfully smooth and shiny.
  • Boost the Flavor: Gently stir in the rich Dutch process cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and fragrant vanilla extract until everything is just combined.
