  • Ghee Goodness: Gently rub the softened ghee all over the outside of your chicken. For extra flavor and crispy skin, carefully spread some under the skin too!
  • Season Simply: Sprinkle the salt and black pepper generously inside the chicken's cavity and all over its exterior. This simple seasoning is all you need for amazing, wholesome taste!
  • Roast to Perfection: Place your seasoned chicken on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast it in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes. You'll know it's perfectly cooked when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 160°F (71°C).
