Melt the white chocolate with vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat to build a stack of three marshmallows for the body.
Cover the entire marshmallow stack with the remaining melted white chocolate, attaching candy eyes while still wet.
Once the chocolate hardens, sprinkle with powdered sugar and draw a smile with the black edible marker.
