Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallows

  • Parchment-lined baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Black edible marker
  • Candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white chocolate with vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat to build a stack of three marshmallows for the body.
  • Cover the entire marshmallow stack with the remaining melted white chocolate, attaching candy eyes while still wet.
  • Once the chocolate hardens, sprinkle with powdered sugar and draw a smile with the black edible marker.
