  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup granular sugar substitute (like Swerve)

Dry Ingredients & Spices

  • 1 3/4 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • cinnamon and brown sugar substitute for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Get Ready: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a standard 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper for effortless removal.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, and granular sugar substitute until smoothly combined.
  • Add Dry & Spices: Gently fold in the oat flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger. Mix just until the ingredients are combined – be careful not to overmix to keep your bread light and fluffy!
  • Bake: Pour the delightful batter into your prepared loaf pan. If you wish, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon and brown sugar substitute on top for a beautiful, festive crust.
  • Cool & Enjoy: Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely before slicing to enjoy this healthy, spiced treat.
