Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1.25 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Apples, diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, crack the 4 eggs and whisk them well.
  • Add in the 1/4 cup honey and mix until combined.
  • Stir in the almond flour and baking powder until well blended.
  • Fold in the diced apples gently.
  • Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
