Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, crack the 4 eggs and whisk them well.
Add in the 1/4 cup honey and mix until combined.
Stir in the almond flour and baking powder until well blended.
Fold in the diced apples gently.
Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
