Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, making sure to leave some overhang to easily lift out the brownies later.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
In a separate bowl, simply mix the cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
Gently add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir just until everything is combined – be careful not to overmix! If you're adding any optional chips or nuts, fold them in now.
Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes. You'll know they're ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan. For that extra fudgy texture, refrigerate them for at least 1 hour before slicing into 12 perfect squares. Enjoy your guilt-free indulgence!
