Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt 240g
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Honey or Maple Syrup 100g
  • 0.25 cup Melted Coconut Oil or Butter 60ml
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips 175g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, egg, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cookies cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Feel free to substitute honey with maple syrup or adjust ingredients for preferred sweetness. Enjoy your healthy cookies!
