- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, gently whisk together your dry ingredients: the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate, larger bowl, whisk together the sugar, Greek yogurt, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
