In a 9x13-inch baking dish, mix cooked cauliflower rice, sour cream, butter, and dried basil until creamy, adding milk if necessary.
Combine the beef mixture with the cauliflower rice mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let it rest for 7 to 10 minutes before serving.
