First, pour the Fairlife chocolate milk, unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and salt into your Ninja Creami pint container. Grab a handheld frother and mix everything really well until it's smooth and perfectly combined.
Place the sealed pint into your freezer and let it freeze completely for at least 24 hours. It needs to be rock solid!
Once fully frozen, take the pint out and run it under warm water for about 60 seconds. This helps loosen it. Carefully install the pint into your Ninja Creami machine, making sure the top surface of the frozen mixture is level to prevent any damage to the blade.
For the initial churn, press the "Lite Ice Cream" button. After it’s done, open the outer bowl lid and check the texture. If it still looks a bit powdery or crumbly, simply place it back into the machine and hit the "Respin" button.
Continue checking the ice cream until it reaches your desired creamy and smooth consistency. If it's still too firm, you can add a tiny splash more liquid (like a tablespoon of milk) and respin one more time.
Finally, create a small hole in the center of your deliciously creamy ice cream. Add in your chopped protein brownie chunks. Secure the lid and process again using the "Mix-In" button to evenly distribute the brownie pieces. Scoop and enjoy your amazing, healthy treat!
