Equipment

  • Sheet Pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-safe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Candy eyeballs
  • Halloween sprinkles
  • Candy corn

Instructions

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth. Repeat with the white chocolate chips.
  • Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the parchment and spread it into a thin, even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, drizzle or dollop the white chocolate on top. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the colors gently if desired.
  • Immediately decorate with candy eyeballs, sprinkles, and candy corn—work quickly so they stick.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 30 minutes until the bark is fully set.
  • Once firm, break the bark into pieces with a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
