A spooky, low-carb treat perfect for Halloween. These keto-friendly graveyard cups feature layers of chocolate cream and "soil" crumbles topped with chocolate tombstones.
Toast the almond flour in a dry nonstick pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden. Transfer to a bowl.
Make the "soil" crumb: Add 4 tbsp cocoa powder, erythritol, 1/2 tsp vanilla, melted butter, and salt to the toasted almond flour. Mix well and set aside.
Whip the chocolate cream: Beat heavy cream until firm. Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and maple syrup, then beat until combined. Spoon 2 tbsp into a piping bag and set aside.
Assemble: Layer chocolate cream and chocolate crumb in 4–6 small glasses, finishing with a crumb layer.
Tombstones: Pipe "RIP" onto dark chocolate squares and press into the cups.
Add "bones": Cut white chocolate into small sticks, scatter over cups, and refrigerate for 2–4 hours to set.
