  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Get ready! Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a medium bowl, simply whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened butter and brown sugar until they're wonderfully light and fluffy.
  • Now, gently mix in the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract, ensuring everything is fully blended.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Remember, don't over-mix for the best texture!
  • Finally, fold in your favorite chocolate chips until they're evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized rounds of dough onto your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are beautifully golden brown. Let them cool slightly before enjoying!
