Ingredients
  

Brewed Coffee

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled

Cream and Flavorings

  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 14 g unsalted butter
  • 16 g pecan butter or finely ground pecans
  • 15-30 ml sugar-free caramel syrup to taste
  • 2.5 ml vanilla extract

Ice Cubes

  • ice cubes

Optional Toppings

  • whipped cream for topping
  • crushed pecans for topping

Instructions
 

  • Pour cooled brewed coffee into a glass.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and pecan butter together until smooth.
  • Add the melted mixture to the coffee.
  • Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, and caramel syrup until well combined.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
  • Top with whipped cream and crushed pecans if desired.
