Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 box dark chocolate brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water

Toppings & Decor

  • 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • green natural food coloring
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup crushed cacao-nib cookies
  • 20 pumpkin-shaped fruit snacks or candies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment and lightly grease.
  • Mix brownie batter with applesauce, eggs, and water as directed. Pour into pan. Bake 28–30 minutes until toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, combine white chocolate chips, avocado oil, and green coloring. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Pour into a small zip-top bag, snip a tiny corner for piping.
  • Spread chocolate frosting evenly over cooled brownies. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top for "dirt." Pipe green chocolate vines across the surface, then dot with pumpkin candies to create a mini pumpkin patch.
