  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (70 g)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (32.46 g)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter chocolate protein powder (36 g) (or chocolate protein powder)
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (2.54 g)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk (177.44 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (15 ml)
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • To begin, ensure your ice is crushed. If using full ice cubes, pulse them quickly in your blender first to break them down into smaller pieces for the smoothest frosty texture.
  • Next, add the thickest ingredients to your high-powered blender. This means the crushed ice goes in first, followed by the cottage cheese and then the peanut butter.
  • Layer in the protein powder and cocoa powder on top.
  • Finally, pour in the almond or hemp milk and heavy whipping cream. Add your desired amount of sweetener.
  • Blend everything on high until the mixture is completely smooth and deliciously thick. You might need to pause and scrape down the sides with a spatula a few times to ensure all ingredients are perfectly combined into a creamy treat.
  • Once velvety smooth, divide your frosty between two glasses and enjoy this satisfying, protein-packed dessert!
