Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • Refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 box white chocolate instant pudding mix 3.9 oz
  • 2 cups 2% milk cold
  • green food coloring A few drops (gel or liquid, to your desired vibrant shade)
  • 0.5 container light whipped topping approx. 4 oz
  • red heart sprinkles A mix of small and large
  • green sugar Optional: A sprinkle for extra sparkle

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant white chocolate pudding mix, cold 2% milk, and your chosen green food coloring. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens beautifully and forms soft peaks. This is your vibrant, easy-to-make green filling!
  • Carefully spoon the rich green pudding mixture into your chocolate cookie pie crust. Spread it out evenly with a spatula to create a smooth, appealing layer.
  • Place the pie gently into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. This crucial step allows the pudding to set completely, ensuring a firm and delightful texture.
  • Once the pie is perfectly set, remove it from the fridge. Gently spread a generous layer of light whipped topping over the green pudding, creating a fluffy, white cloud.
  • Sprinkle the tiny red heart sprinkles and, if you wish, a dash of green sugar over the whipped topping. This adds a beautiful, festive touch that hints at the holidays!
  • Before serving each slice, delicately place one large red heart sprinkle on top. It's the perfect sweet nod to a growing heart and holiday cheer!
  • Cut into individual wedges and enjoy your easy, vibrant, and surprisingly wholesome no-bake holiday pie!

Notes

Store any leftover pie in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for days.
