garlic, minced

butter, melted

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a larger bowl, combine flour, salt, the yeast mixture, and olive oil. Knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the garlic butter by mixing minced garlic with melted butter.
Roll out the dough, brush it with garlic butter, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and roll it into breadsticks.
Slice the log into individual breadsticks, place them on a baking sheet, and bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes.
After baking, brush the breadsticks with the remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then serve warm.
