Homemade Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder (30g)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (45ml)
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup, honey, or agave (45ml)
  • optional extracts, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, or other add-ins

Instructions
 

  • Warm the coconut oil gently if it's not melted.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients until thick.
  • Pour the mixture into a flat container or candy molds, or press between wax paper or in ziplock bags.
  • Chill until firm, then store in the fridge or freezer.
  • You can also melt the bars again for a delicious chocolate sauce.
