- 1 cup strong brewed coffee cold or chilled
- 1 cup milk any kind—whole, skim, almond, oat
- 2-3 tablespoons caramel syrup plus more for topping
- 2 tablespoons sugar optional
- 2 cups ice cubes
- whipped cream for topping
Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool. Cold coffee is ideal to prevent melting ice.
In a blender, combine coffee, milk, caramel syrup, sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a tall glass, add whipped cream, and drizzle with extra caramel syrup.
