Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cold or chilled
  • 1 cup milk any kind—whole, skim, almond, oat
  • 2-3 tablespoons caramel syrup plus more for topping
  • 2 tablespoons sugar optional
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool. Cold coffee is ideal to prevent melting ice.
  • In a blender, combine coffee, milk, caramel syrup, sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a tall glass, add whipped cream, and drizzle with extra caramel syrup.
