Equipment

  • 8x8-inch Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 60 g Coconut Flour
  • 150 g Protein Powder
  • 480 g Peanut Butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 120 ml Maple Syrup
  • 340 g Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a deep pan with parchment paper; choose 8x8-inch for thicker bars.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • In a small bowl, melt peanut butter with maple syrup until smooth; add to dry mixture and stir well.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan; refrigerate or freeze until set.
  • Once firm, cut into bars, optionally coat with melted chocolate, and enjoy!
