Instructions
Line a deep pan with parchment paper; choose 8x8-inch for thicker bars.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
In a small bowl, melt peanut butter with maple syrup until smooth; add to dry mixture and stir well.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan; refrigerate or freeze until set.
Once firm, cut into bars, optionally coat with melted chocolate, and enjoy!
