Ingredients
  

  • Ice
  • 2-3 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk (oat, soy, or pistachio)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Brown Sugar Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and water. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Sift matcha powder into a bowl, add warm water, and whisk until smooth.
  • In a tall glass, layer ice, vanilla extract, non-dairy milk, and the brown sugar syrup.
  • Carefully pour in the prepared matcha over the ice mixture.
