- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk (oat, soy, or pistachio)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Brown Sugar Syrup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
