- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 shots blonde espresso or 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- Ice for serving
- Cup or Mason Jar with a Lid
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Carefully take it out and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool and thicken.
Brew 3 shots of espresso or use cold brew coffee.
Fill your mason jar with ice, then add the brown sugar syrup and espresso. Secure the lid and shake until frothy. Remove the lid and pour in oat milk. Stir and enjoy!
