- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1.5 tbsp cherry syrup
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 0.5 cup chai tea concentrate
- 0.5 cup milk of choice (2%)
- 0.5 tsp freeze-dried cherries (crushed)

Prepare the Cherry Cream Cold Foam by combining heavy cream, cherry syrup, and whole milk in a small container. Froth for 20-30 seconds until whipped, then set aside.
In a glass, add ice, then pour in the chai concentrate and your choice of milk.
Finish by topping with the cherry cream cold foam and a sprinkle of crushed freeze-dried cherries. Enjoy!
