- 4 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, or other sweetener
- 2 cups whole milk or dairy-free alternative
- 2 cups ice
Dissolve the matcha green tea powder in boiling water.
Mix the maple syrup (or sweetener) into the milk and froth it.
Fill two glasses with one cup of ice each.
Pour the sweetened milk over the ice in both glasses.
Divide the matcha mixture between the glasses, stir, and enjoy!
