Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, or other sweetener
  • 2 cups whole milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the matcha green tea powder in boiling water.
  • Mix the maple syrup (or sweetener) into the milk and froth it.
  • Fill two glasses with one cup of ice each.
  • Pour the sweetened milk over the ice in both glasses.
  • Divide the matcha mixture between the glasses, stir, and enjoy!
