Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) or your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Lightly coat the inside of an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray.
Layer your chosen mix-ins at the bottom of the ramekin. We recommend starting with the shredded cheese and crispy bacon. Feel free to get creative with other veggies or proteins!
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season this mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Carefully pour the egg mixture into the ramekin, over the cheese and bacon. Top it off with the diced bell pepper for a burst of freshness.
For Air Fryer:
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes. If you notice the top browning too quickly, loosely cover it with a small piece of foil. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reaches 165°F (74°C).For Oven:
Place the ramekin on a small baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the center reaches 165°F (74°C).For Microwave:
Place the ramekin in the center of the microwave. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, checking for doneness until the internal temperature reads 165°F (74°C).
