  • 1/2 cup light vegetable or canola oil

  • A few drops vibrant green gel food coloring
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 18 large red heart sprinkles

  • Get Ready to Bake! Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup and no-stick baking.
  • Mix Your Magic Dough: In a spacious bowl, combine your yellow cake mix, light vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until everything is just mixed together and smooth. Don't overmix!
  • Go Green! Add a few drops of that bright green gel food coloring to the dough. Mix gently until you achieve that perfect Grinchy shade of green – vibrant and fun!
  • Sugar Coat 'Em: Grab a medium cookie scoop (or use a spoon!) and form small dough balls. Roll each one generously in powdered sugar, making sure they're completely coated for that beautiful crinkle effect.
