  • In a small bowl, whisk together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper (if you're using it), and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Generously rub this vibrant seasoning mix all over both sides of the scored chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in your air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it (cook in batches if necessary). Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of your chicken.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare your luscious garlic butter sauce: In another small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced fresh garlic, and sugar-free honey substitute until well combined.
