- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Cream solidified (chill can overnight for best results)
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 cup Powdered Allulose or Swerve Confectioners
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Toasted Slivered Almonds for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
- Chopped Sugar-Free Chocolate (Optional) for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy mascarpone cheese and the firm unsweetened coconut cream. Use a hand mixer to whip them together until the mixture is beautifully smooth.
