Cookie Dough

vanilla extract

powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
low carb sugar substitute

Decoration

keto white chocolate chips
red food coloring

sugar-free sprinkles

Instructions
Mix almond flour, butter, cream cheese, vanilla, sweetener, and baking powder until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll dough between parchment paper and cut into shapes.
Bake for 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Cool completely before decorating.
Melt white chocolate gently, tint if desired, dip cookies, and decorate.
Chill until chocolate sets, then serve.
