- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 slices bacon (cooked crispy)
- 4 large keto tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced, halved)
- 0.25 cup dill pickle chips
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.33 cup beef broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
Brown the beef – In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any extra grease.
Flavor the meat – Lower the heat to medium. Stir in mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer – Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Assemble – Lay one tortilla flat. In the center, place a slice of bacon, some lettuce, two tomato slices, and a few pickle chips.
Add cheese – Break the cheese slice in half and lay it on top of the veggies.
Fill – Spoon some of the seasoned beef mixture down the center.
Wrap – Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal. Repeat for remaining burritos. Serve warm or freeze for later!
