Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked crispy)
  • 4 large keto tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced, halved)
  • 0.25 cup dill pickle chips
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.33 cup beef broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown the beef – In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any extra grease.
  • Flavor the meat – Lower the heat to medium. Stir in mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer – Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble – Lay one tortilla flat. In the center, place a slice of bacon, some lettuce, two tomato slices, and a few pickle chips.
  • Add cheese – Break the cheese slice in half and lay it on top of the veggies.
  • Fill – Spoon some of the seasoned beef mixture down the center.
  • Wrap – Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal. Repeat for remaining burritos. Serve warm or freeze for later!
