Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/3 cup bacon pieces
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Pinch ground mustard powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine coleslaw mix, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and parsley in a large bowl and toss thoroughly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar-free honey, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill before serving.
