Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.75 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease the donut pan.
  • In one bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix together the eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, melted butter, and almond milk.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
