  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts

  • Start by cutting your keto bread into small, easy 1-inch cubes.
  • Pop these bread cubes into a roomy large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, heavy whipping cream, eggs, Swerve sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until everything is perfectly blended.
  • Gently pour this delicious custard mix over your bread cubes. Let it soak up all that goodness in the fridge for about an hour, giving it a little toss now and then to ensure every piece is coated.
  • While it's soaking, get your oven ready by preheating it to a cozy 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt the butter and spread it evenly on the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • Carefully transfer your soaked bread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
