Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces zero-carb street taco-sized tortillas
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with Swerve until smooth.
  • Stir in the spices, shredded carrots, and walnuts until everything is well blended.
  • Spread the filling down the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  • Freeze the roll-ups for 30 minutes.
  • Cook in an air fryer at 400°F until golden and crispy, or pan-fry in a little oil over medium heat until crispy.
