Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a 9x13 baking dish, combine the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly browned.
Take the dish out and pour the marinara sauce evenly over the cauliflower. Top with shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.
Add pepperoni and any other desired toppings.
Return the casserole to the oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
