Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup monk fruit/allulose blend (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, gently pour in the heavy cream. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Be careful not to overmix, as it can turn into butter.
  • Prepare the Cream Cheese: In a separate mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and fluff it up with your hand mixer until it's smooth and airy.
  • Sweeten and Flavor: Now, add the monk fruit/allulose blend and vanilla extract to the fluffed cream cheese. Continue mixing until everything is well combined and wonderfully creamy.
  • Combine Gently: Carefully fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture. Mix just until it's smooth and evenly combined, being careful not to overmix to maintain its light and fluffy texture.
  • Chill & Serve: Place your delicious fluff in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up slightly. Serve chilled, perhaps with fresh berries or any other keto-friendly toppings for an extra healthy touch!
