Sweeten and Flavor: Now, add the monk fruit/allulose blend and vanilla extract to the fluffed cream cheese. Continue mixing until everything is well combined and wonderfully creamy.
Combine Gently: Carefully fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture. Mix just until it's smooth and evenly combined, being careful not to overmix to maintain its light and fluffy texture.
Chill & Serve: Place your delicious fluff in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up slightly. Serve chilled, perhaps with fresh berries or any other keto-friendly toppings for an extra healthy touch!
