Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Pickles
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces
  • 1/4 cup Low-Carb Cheese Sauce
  • 10 pieces Street Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, sautéing until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low, then mix in ketchup and mustard. Stir in cream cheese until fully blended, then add shredded cheese until melted. Turn off the heat.
  • In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Place a layer of the filling in each tortilla, folding it closed.
  • Cook seam side down until crispy and golden. Serve garnished with pickles, bacon, and cheese sauce.
