  • 0.33 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange your cheese crackers in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one.
  • Gently dollop or pipe a small amount of natural peanut butter onto the center of each cracker.
  • Carefully top each peanut butter-covered cracker with another cracker, forming neat little sandwiches.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your keto chocolate chips. Heat in short bursts (about 30 seconds at a time), stirring well after each interval until smooth and fully melted.
  • Hold each cracker sandwich and dip one half into the melted chocolate. Place it back on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Let the chocolate set completely. You can pop them in the fridge for a few minutes to speed this up, then enjoy!
