- 4 cups cauliflower rice steamed, or thawed and drained
- 2 cups broccoli florets steamed, or thawed and drained and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese for topping
