- 2 cups cooked chicken tender, shredded works best!
- 8 ounces cream cheese one block, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
If your chicken isn't already shredded, use an electric mixer or a fork to finely shred it. This is easiest when the chicken is a bit warm – quickly heat up any leftover chicken if needed!
Add the softened cream cheese, egg, almond flour, and garlic salt to the shredded chicken. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a well-combined, sticky mixture.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or lightly greased). Gently flatten each scoop into your desired nugget shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12-14 minutes, or until your nuggets are beautifully golden and firm. Serve warm and enjoy!
