Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • sea salt pinch, optional
  • vanilla extract a few drops, optional
  • stevia optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, simply combine the unsweetened shredded coconut and cocoa powder.
  • Gently pour in the melted coconut oil and stir everything together until all the ingredients are perfectly coated and well-blended.
  • Carefully spoon this delightful mixture into your chosen silicone molds or mini muffin liners, pressing each portion down ever so gently.
  • Place them in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes, or until they become beautifully firm.
  • Once solid, easily pop them out of their molds and store these healthy treats in an airtight container in your refrigerator or freezer.
